Booking through WhatsApp or email
The booking form does not store your details on this website. It opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message pre-filled, and the message is handled under that service’s own privacy terms.
Photos, videos and testimonials
We only use patient photos, videos, names or stories with your written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Sharing
We share information only with your consent (for example, a report to your referring doctor), with service providers who help us run the clinic under confidentiality, or where the law requires it.
Keeping your data safe and how long we keep it
Access to records is limited to the clinical team. We keep clinical records for as long as required by law and professional guidelines, then delete them securely.
