01The clinic
We treat people, not scans: the way you sit, run, lift and live.
Jeev Physiotherapy and Wellness Center assesses and treats back pain, slip disc, sciatica, neck pain, knee and shoulder problems, sports injuries and recovery after surgery or stroke. Alongside exercise therapy and manual therapy, we offer non-surgical spinal decompression for suitable disc and nerve-related back and neck pain.
02Featured treatment
Spinal Decompression Therapy
RoboSpine · Non-surgical · Computer-controlled
Non-surgical, computer-controlled traction on a RoboSpine decompression table. It gently eases pressure on the spinal discs and nerves, and may help with slip disc, sciatica and long-standing back or neck pain when combined with exercise therapy.
Every patient is assessed first. Decompression is not suitable for everyone, and it works best as part of a complete plan that includes exercise and posture work.
May help with
- Slip disc / herniated disc
- Sciatica and nerve pain down the leg
- Long-standing lower back pain
- Neck pain with arm symptoms

Treatment begins on the first visit, and you leave with a short home-exercise plan.
Pain is a signal, not a sentence. We help you understand it, and move past it.

Physiotherapy questions, answered
Do I need a doctor’s referral to book physiotherapy?
No, you can book an assessment directly without a referral. If you already have scans, prescriptions or surgery notes, please bring them to your first visit.
What happens on the first physiotherapy visit?
Your first visit includes a detailed history, a physical assessment, a clear explanation of what is going on and the first treatment session. It usually takes 45 to 60 minutes, and you leave with a home-exercise plan.
How many physiotherapy sessions will I need?
It depends on the condition and how long you have had it. Many people with recent back or neck pain need around 6 to 12 sessions over 3 to 6 weeks, while post-surgery rehab often takes longer. We give you an estimate after the first assessment and review it as you progress.
Is spinal decompression therapy safe?
For suitable patients, spinal decompression is a gentle, non-surgical treatment that most people find comfortable. It is not right for everyone — for example after recent spinal surgery or fractures, with severe osteoporosis, or during pregnancy — so we always assess you first before recommending it.
What should I wear to my physiotherapy session?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that lets us see and move the area being treated, such as track pants and a T-shirt. Shorts are helpful for knee and ankle problems.
